Your questions.
Everything you need to know about our harvests, our process, and preparation.
What is ceremonial matcha?
The highest grade of matcha. The leaves are shade-grown for 3 to 4
weeks before harvesting, which develops chlorophyll and amino
acids. You get a smooth, umami taste, without bitterness.
Where is your matcha from?
It is selected in Kagoshima, in the south of Japan, a region renowned for the exceptional quality of its tea. We work directly with family farms that perpetuate traditional cultivation methods.
How do I prepare it?
Sift 1 to 2 g into your bowl. Pour in 70 ml of water at 80°C (not boiling).
Whisk in a W shape with a chasen until a creamy foam is formed.
How much does delivery cost?
Free shipping on orders over $60 across Canada. Shipped within 24 hours, delivered in 3 to 5 business days.
How long does a potluck last?
A 30g jar provides 15 to 30 servings, depending on your dosage. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for daily use.
