Matcha & Coco Chia Pudding 🥥🍵
Ingredients, for 4 to 6 portions
- 1 can of coconut milk (398ml)
- 1 cup of 0% plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup of brown sugar
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of chia seeds
- 1 tbsp of culinary matcha Shizuoka
Preparations:
- Mix everything together
- Put it in the fridge for 2-4 hours at least or overnight
- Enjoy !
